  11. I'm using a Supra 28.8 FaxModem external.  The flash ROM is the latest
  12. version 1.300-13 (11/95).  It almost always connects showing R34 (receive)
  13. at a speed of 28.8 and the T34 (transmit) at speeds of 21.6 or 24 or 26.6.      Very occasionally both transmit and receive will display 26.6.  Why are the
  14. asymetric connect speeds almost always tilted in the direction of a higher
  15. receive.  I am connecting to an Internet provider using USR Couriers.
  16. Any ideas or explanations?  Thanks in advance.
